For the purposes of our Money Back Guarantee, separately programmed radio shows or presenters on the same radio station may count individually. Repeat plays of the same track on the same show do not count as additional radio shows or stations.

Tracks where generative AI has been used to generate or substantially create creative elements, such as vocals, lyrics, melody, instrumentation or musical performances, are not eligible for our Money Back Guarantee.

AI-assisted mastering, mixing and other technical audio processing is absolutely fine and does not affect eligibility.
