Dead Romantic

Dead Romantic are an English based pop/rock band formed in 2020 based near Manchester & signed to Mercia Records distributed through SONY/Orchard Global.

Dead Romantic who describe themselves as possessing a “modern pop-rock sound, with heavy guitars, powerful riffs, crushing grooves and huge vocals.” have recently launched their debut single, “ALL TALK’.

The band consists of lead vocalist, songwriter, guitar player Benjamin Owen, Multi-platinum record producer, ex-Smash Mouth, Nelly Furtado guitarist Mike Krompass & Keyboard player Scott Westervelt.

The single “All Talk’ features drummer Eddy Thrower of the successful UK band “Lower Than Atlantis”.

“Dead Romantic is a collaboration of musicians who hail from rock’n’roll upbringings,” say the band. “We wrote this record with no filter, just the pure experience of playing music around the world. We met through rock’n’roll, and that is the language we are projecting in this project. Lyrically, we hope to inspire those in doubt and join those who reap. It’s a new world… a new fight”.
