It’s happy days in The Bottom Line camp as we’ve just found out they’ve been added to the TeamRock Radio playlist (w/c Nov 28th).
It’s great to hear their new single “Pull Me Out” alongside bands like Metallica, Korn, Bullet for My Valentine, Mallory Knox and Alter Bridge.
Make sure you check out the station on Teamrock.com
Bad Llama had a storming national radio campaign recently, and they topped it all off with an appearance on the telly with Kerrang! Radio’s Johnny Doom.
Johnny has been a great supporter of the new Bad llama tracks and he invited them to appear on his TV show Amp’d last week. They had an awesome time – and here’s the pic to prove it;-)
The new single from Tess of the Circle started the week (Nov 7th) with a play on BBC Radio 2 on Janice Long’s show and ended the week with a play on Johnny Doom’s show on Kerrang! Radio.
It’s also been played on radio stations all over the UK and beyond – and will only get bigger as we continue to push it. Well done, guys – and thanks to every single person that has played it on the radio so far:-)
Appearing on the TV with Kerrang! Radio’s Johnny Doom seemed like a brilliant way to end the Chasing Ghosts plugging campaign – although it nearly didn’t happen!
On the day of the TV show (produced by Made in Birmingham) the band suffered from what’s known in the business as “a flat tyre on the motorway” and just about made it to the studio in time for the end of the show!
Both Johnny and the band were true professionals and it all ended well. They even had time to pose for a pic!
It’s hard to keep up with the plays we’re getting for our clients at the moment, and last night we sat around the iPad listening to the Kerrang! Radio app to hear Johnny Doom play our very own The Bottom Line as his “ones to watch”.
The new single “Pull me Out” sounded incredible on his show and was the first of many plays on the radio as DJ’s and producers are going crazy for these pop punkers who recently supported Simple Plan on their European tour.
Well done, guys!
We’ve lost count of the times that Janice Long has played Tess of the Circle on BBC Radio 2, but it’s always very exciting to hear when they’re chosen to be a featured “Janice Loves…” track – and it happened last night (Nov 7th).
Their new single I’m Not Ashamed is the new one from the current “Amplify” album and is the 4th track we’ve plugged from the band. From what we’ve seen from the responses of the track so far, it doesn’t look like things are going to slow down any time soon for them! Well done, guys – and thanks, Janice!
It’s been a pleasure plugging The Sad Song Co over the past few months and we’re proud of all the plays they’ve achieved – so you can imagine how pleased we were when we heard that Chris Hawkins from BBC 6 Music played their new single on his show the other day (Oct 27th).
Last Dance of the Evening sounded awesome and is a great introduction to the band’s new album “in amber” which is out on Nov 18th. Well done, guys – and thanks to Chris!
It’s not often we get to say that one of our artist’s have been played on Kerrang! Radio twice in one week – but that’s just happened for our very own Of Kings and Captains.
This is the second track we’ve plugged from their current e.p. – and it’s looking like Ain’t Got the Heart may just pip Jack My Boy in popularity – but both have gone down a storm on the radio.
Well done, guys… and thanks to Johnny Doom for playing them on his evening show!
